90 Minute Kickstarter Session
Created for the initial few months of your wedding planning, to help you gain clarity and inspiration. This video call will guarantee to get you moving in the right direction.
This service includes:
- 90-minute video call with me
- Chance to discuss your initial plans, establishing your non-negotiables

- Inspiration for suppliers and ways to make your vision a reality

Additional follow up hours can be booked for £100 per hour.

Buildable Power Hours
Built to be dipped into as and when you need help. These ad hoc power hour planning sessions can be booked individually or in blocks for specific, tailored support in whatever area of your wedding planning you’re feeling stuck with. Timelines, budgets, suppliers, creative choices – whether it’s admin or ideas that’s causing you stress, we’ll zone in and find solutions together.
This service includes:
- Buildable power hours led by you
- Any questions answered

Coaching and Emotional Support
Sometimes, wedding overwhelm shows itself in emotional rather than administrative stress, and you need a supportive, safe space to offload. I’m a trained life coach, with a range of stress-busting techniques tailored specifically to the particular flash points of wedding planning. It might be that you’re feeling nervous about being in the spotlight; perhaps there are tricky family dynamics in play; or maybe you’ve simply lost the spark of excitement about the wedding as the planning takes over.
This is your time to share the load, to gain clarity from a neutral party and qualified coach, and to confront any wedding worries so you can enjoy your day to the fullest.

The Final Countdown
One Month Intensive Online Planning
It’s the last month before your wedding, and the to-do list feels extreme. Don’t panic! This service will get you feeling cool, calm and in control with weekly online sessions to stay on track. Prior to our first session you’ll be able to give me all the details, show me what’s left to do and where the pressure points are. Then we’ll have a 90 minute debrief, followed by four weekly 45-minute calls. Everything is going to be fine – I guarantee it.
This service includes:
- 90 minute initial video call and 45 minute weekly follow ups
- Making a finalised wedding-day schedule to share with suppliers
- Accountability with catch up sessions to keep you on track and deal with any loose ends
- Unlimited phone and email contact over the last 4 weeks before your wedding
- Targeted, actionable solutions to any remaining tasks
- Easy-to-follow action plans for you to follow
- Elements of coaching if required to help with wedding day nerves or anxiety

If you have a session with me and then decide you would like to hire me as your in-person wedding planner, the cost of the initial session with me will be deducted from your fee. (Excludes the 4 weeks support service)

Do I need to be planning a Highland wedding?
Absolutely not. These virtual services offer online wedding planning help to any engaged couple, wherever your wedding is taking place.
Can I book more than one session?
Yes, these virtual wedding planning sessions have been built to be customisable, with follow up sessions available at reduced prices (excluding The Final Countdown service).
Will you contact suppliers for me?
No, I will give you recommendations and guide you on your relationship with your suppliers, but all contact will come from you. The only exception is the Final Countdown package.
Will you attend the wedding?
No. These wedding planning services are online only. If you’d like more of a hands-on planning service, please consider my in person Full Planning, 3 Month or 1 Month services.
Can sessions be bought as gifts?
Great question, yes of course, this is a wonderfully thoughtful gift to give a couple as they plan their wedding. Once you book the session, just email me Lindsay@wideskyweddings.com and let me know who you have bought it for and I will then contact them directly.
