Full wedding planning
My full wedding planning service is about the journey, not just the destination. We’ll work together from the very beginning to design and plan a wedding that fits you like a glove and takes your breath away.
I take on a limited number of full planning weddings each year to ensure every couple receives a highly personal and professional service.
This service is perfect for couples who don’t live in Scotland and includes:
An initial consultation to discuss your ideas
Production of a budget and cost management spreadsheet
Creation of a moodboard to nail down the look and feel of your wedding
Advice about the relevant documents and processes needed to legally marry in Scotland
Assistance with transport and accommodation for an in-person venue visit during the process
Sourcing the very best wedding suppliers for you
All supplier liaison and management
Advice on travel arrangements and accommodation options for you and your guests
RSVP management
Unlimited support throughout the entire planning process
Production of a detailed wedding day schedule
Advice and ideas for excursions and activities tailored to your interests, so that you and your guests can make the most of your time in the Highlands
Full venue set up
A rehearsal the day prior to the wedding
On the day management for 12 hours, during which I’ll be the main point of contact for all your suppliers, and will make sure that you and your guests are having the time of your lives
Full use of my Wedding Planner’s Emergency Kit for any sudden hiccup that may arise

If you’re looking to extend your celebrations and turn your wedding day into a wedding weekend extravaganza, I can help. Planning, styling and setup of Friday evening cocktail parties, dinners or other welcome activities, as well as Sunday morning brunches, excursions or chill-out experiences can all be arranged. Three month wedding co-ordination
You’ve designed your wedding and poured your heart into it, but you’re ready for expert input to make sure everything comes together the way you want it to.
If this sounds like you, then my three month partial wedding co-ordination service is made for you.
We’ll have a consultation in advance of the 12 week mark, and then you can hand everything over to me, and focus on relaxing and enjoying the last few months of the ‘engaged’ chapter of your love story.
I will source and book up to two additional suppliers
You’ll have unlimited communication via videocall, email and phone
RSVP management for your guests
I will draw up a detailed timeline and schedule for the day and liaise with all your suppliers
Full venue set up
A wedding rehearsal the day before
I will be there for up to 12 hours on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly. Longer on site attendance can be arranged

One month wedding co-ordination
If you’ve got the planning of your Scottish Highland wedding down to a T, but want someone to take over on the big day so that you can simply relax and enjoy the fruits of your labour, my one month co-ordination package is for you.
We’ll schedule a consultation before the 4 week mark, allowing plenty of time for you to entrust everything to me, and leaving you free to focus on the exciting build up to your wedding day.
At this consultation you’ll give me a comprehensive list of all your suppliers, along with the details of the bookings and the plans you have made
I will create a detailed timeline and schedule for the big day, which you’ll review and approve to ensure you are completely satisfied
I will communicate with all your suppliers to notify them of my role as your wedding planner and to distribute the wedding schedule to them
Assistance with the set up of the venue
My attendance at a rehearsal the day before
On the day co-ordination for up to 12 hours to ensure seamless execution and the most perfect day for you

I will produce a detailed plan for everyone involved on the day
